Commercial Policy

  • In the registration process, the information regarding location, characteristic and conditions must be clear and specific. You can attach short videos to attach them (3 minutes).

  • The documents provided must comply with the minimum validity periods established by the regulations in force.

  • If you are a commercial intermediary, you must clearly state it with the supporting documents that validate this authorization and, if you are a direct owner, you will be liable for said condition.

  • After 30 days of free registration and publication, you must agree on a payment plan to stay in our showcase. The agreed plan will have a validity of at least 3 months.

  • During the free publication stage, all desired, documentary or photographic updates are subject to our approval.

  • The simple acceptance of free publication does not commit us to assume any contractual commitment with the offeror.
